The gentleman had been told that his H&S policy had to be updated every twelve months and that this should be done in January.
Our response is that ideally, your policy should be reviewed every twelve months. However, there’s no reason that it has to be done in January. And there’s no need to completely re-write documents. If you think that they accurately reflect your business, just re-sign and date them.
