Navigation
At the top of your screen are a collection of buttons. Use the buttons to navigate through the information categories. Click the button with the name of the category you wish to visit (e.g. Training) to link directly to that category.
Quick Links
Quick links can be found on the left side of the home page. These are designed to enable you to move quickly through various web pages without having to use the navigation bar.
PDF Files
Within the library section you will find a lot of PDF Files containing various articles and information. Simply click and open the PDF file you require and if you have Adobe Acrobat (http://www.adobe.co.uk/) installed on your computer the file will open for you to view.
How do I load Adobe Acrobat?
If you have followed the instructions here (http://www.adobe.co.uk/products/acrobat/readstep2.html) and already have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, your internet browser should launch the Acrobat plug-in automatically. If you have saved the PDF file to your hard-drive you can double-click on the file to invoke the Acrobat viewer.
